Privacy without hidden tracking.
This notice explains what information Flow Webdesign may receive through this website, why it is used and what choices you have. The current site does not use advertising trackers, behavioural profiling or marketing cookies.
What information may be processed?
If you contact Flow Webdesign by email or telephone, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Hosting infrastructure may record standard technical request data such as an IP address, browser type, requested path and timestamp for delivery, security and fault diagnosis.
The theme switch stores a visual preference in your own browser. The diagnostic form currently shown in local preview mode does not transmit its contents.
Why is the information used?
Information is used to answer an enquiry, assess a requested service, protect the website, investigate faults, maintain business records and meet applicable obligations. It is not sold and is not used to build advertising profiles.
Who may receive it and how long is it kept?
Information may be handled by hosting, email or technical service providers only where needed to operate the website or respond to a request. It is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant enquiry, security purpose, engagement or legal obligation.
What are your privacy choices?
Depending on applicable law, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of personal information, or object to certain processing. Contact info@flow-webdesign.com with a clear request. Identity may need to be verified without asking you to disclose a password.
If analytics, marketing cookies or a connected form provider are added later, this notice and any consent controls will be updated before that processing begins.
